ARIZONA

The fellowship is a one-year position with a start date of September 1, 2015. The fellowship is named after firm partner George R. Murphy, who after fifty years of practice continues to train public interest lawyers to be creative, zealous and ethical advocates for their clients and to advance the law to protect workers and promote social justice. Recent law graduates and judicial clerks are eligible to apply. Applicants for the George R. Murphy Fellowship must have a demonstrated commitment to the public interest, including the rights of workers and their unions. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential.  Spanish proficiency is favored.  Minority candidates are encouraged to apply.
